frozen problem with my machine!!!

     i just purchase this machine last year brand new. i didnt use it for even 10 cars and now it is frozen. I dont know what could be the problem!!! I even update the software same year and now each time I plug it into the car it froze I have use my old snap on machine to figure out the problem. I paid over $1000 for a useless machine.

      If you don't want to wait 2 days between each question that you will get from support before he can start to give you answers I suggest you  provide a lot more information starting with what your machine is, the serial #, etc. You also might want to email support the information of your tool and a clear description of your problem.I can only assume it is a DS708 if you paid around $1000 for it.Hope you solve the Frozen Problem.

    Hi, Witsend was right. Can you please advise the S/N of your device and the problem in more details? In order to solve your problem quickly, please write to support@autel.com with some screen shots of the frozen screen for us to check. Thanks!
