AL519 not detected when connecting to computer running Windows 7

    The software is is installed on the computer and the computer has been restarted. 

    I have tried this on two computers with the same effect.

    The software says to "connect the device".

    What could be the reason for this?

    Hi, if you need to update this tool then you need to go into Update mode. Or please check if there is problem with the USB cable. You can change another cable to try. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com with some pictures for us to check. Thanks!
