AL519 not detected when connecting to computer running Windows 7

     The software is is installed on the computer and the computer has been restarted. 

    I have tried this on two computers with the same effect.

    The software says to "connect the device".

    What could be the reason for this?

    Have you installed MaxiLinkII properly? Please re-install it again: http://www.auteltech.com/u/cms/www/201504/01205228iezq.rar

    And also please check the USB cable, if possible, please change one to have a try.
