Only hex codes visible on AL519

     If I check Review Data on my AL519 all I can see are hex codes. Example: ff 02 00 00 00 01
    Also the same under Setup.

    Please help!

    Hi, the hex codes appear on the screen because the language of the update pack is different from language of the tool. Please go to Setting and select "ff 00 00 01 00 09" then any one of the sub-menu. Language should be OK. Please try and let us know if there is any problem. Thanks!

     Hi,

    thanks for the swift response!
    But, I figured it out myself! Indeed language setting was incorrect.

    I have another problem now.
    After an ODBII scan I don't see the error codes.
    If I push the button 'Review Data' I get the message 'No data available'
    Also the message 'Not supported...' is showing often.
    Please help!

     Another problem.

    after de ODBII scan the system found 73 error codes.

    Click on View Error codes te messages appears 'No error codes stored in the module'

    Also 'Live data' showing the message 'This is not supported'

    Please advise!
