DS708 will not connect via WIFI to wireless router, connects ok to Android smartphone hotspot

    I can connect to the outside world ok via  hard wired RJ45 and via my Android phone hot spot.
    But the DS708 will not connect to the outside world via my other WIFI access points. 
    The DS708 shows the WIFI connection is ok at the upper right hand corner of the screen.
    But when I try to go to internet explorer I get the message "The page cannot be displayed."
    Also I am unable to ping my router at 192.168.1.1.

     Hi, not sure if there is any special setting of your WIFI or router blocked the tool. Kingly be noted that DS708 cannot support 5G WIFI. Thanks!
