2014 key fob programming and rf hub replacement

     We have installed a factory remote start system on a 2014 Ram. As part of the job we have to program the keyfobs, program for a replacement hub and update it. Our scan tool, the 908 is fully up to date. When we go in to the program we are not able to get key fobs to program which is the first step of the process. It keeps coming back with "negative response". The truck was pre-wired for the system, so aside from programming it was a complete plug and play install. What am I missing in order to do this. $700 for an update that doesn't work is a little frustrating.

     Could you please let me know your vehicle VIN NO. or collect a datalog for our checking so we can check whether this vehicle can be supported or there is any problem in this function?

    The vin number of the truck is 3C6JR6ATXEG209178


    This is a MaxiSys and I am using the Dodge V6.30

    I can't program the key fobs and replace the RF Hub.  The options are there but when trying to program the key fob, it says "Negative Response".  The key fobs have to be programmed before I can program the new RF Hub.
