Did you see if the software suite CD would  install in another PC? If so , maybe you could  burn the CD and copy and paste files  to a USB zip drive and then install  software suite to your PC by USB zip drive? If the problem is the CD is not in the correct language you will either have to contact EU support for direction, send you the files in German,  or wait till they reopen for business in China after the Spring Festival.
