    Hi,

    I Bought a used DS708 over ebay, and for some reason all the car make list is wiped of the SD card. I contacted the previous owner and he suggested to register the product at AUTEL website.

    Im trying to register the product under my username, but the server "maxidas.com" has an internal error and cant be reached, and the password on the device screen is different then the registered one by the previous owner.

    Hi, we checked our server and found that this S/N has been registered on 2013-01-08, which means its free update service expired on 2014-01-08. There is no way to download software after its update service expires. So to get the download access again, you might need to renew your account.

     Ok but the register not in my mail I want transfer to my mail and renew  how I will do it

     Hi, please tell us the Autel ID you want. We will change it for you , so you can login to your Autel ID to renew the account. Thanks!

    my scan tool.maxisys pro serial number : V09G50103650

    on the day 03-03-2016
    message received from autel, says updated BENZ V7.01

    (There is an update in my messages that I need and its not showing up in the Autel Update. How can I get this update)???

    Hi, please go to Update menu on Maxisys and refresh the update list to check if new software is available. If there is still problem, please restart the tool to check again. Or you may write to support@autel.com for quick help. Thanks!
