VCI Makes constant noise and will not power up when connected to MS905 Via USB Cable

      Just got my MS905 today, everything seems to be working fine except for when i tried to update the VCI. When i plugged the USB cable between the VCI and the MS905 it emits a constant high pitched sound like the beep but constant. No lights come on and it does not connect to the MS905. Hopefully i've made a simple stupid mistake and its not a hardware issue.

    **EDIT** i don't know how i posted this to the Europe Cars, that was unintended.

    Hi, you can login Autel website, download Maxisys PC Suite and install it on PC. Then connect the VCI to PC via USB cable and try to update it via PC suite to see if can work. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com with some pictures for us to check and reply to you quickly. Thanks!
