    Having problems downloading new vw software package 5.0, says nework busy.

    Hi, please uninstall all VAG software including Audi, Bugatti, Lamborghini, LT3, Seat, Skoda, VW and VW CV. Then try to download them again to check the result. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com for quick help. Thanks!
