Why can't I register my al619.

     I have double checked and triple checked all my info. No matter what I do I cannot get the scanner registered. I keep getting the same error " product does not exist". Blah blah blah.

    What's your serial No? Please make sure you select the right product model and input the right register password.

     Same issue with AL619 I received today from Amazon.
    Checked and rechecked model number and serial number.

     Make sure you enter zero and "O" properly. not the same,  and value is usually zero.
