wifi mac is not matched with ds708 diagnosis not available why can't I get a positive answer to this problem??

Still got issues with ds708 and no updates available to me without paying but why can't I get my old software working again?i recently purchased the maxisys pro but I still have my ds708 which has stopped working I keep getting this damn wifi mac not matched coming up my updates has run out on this tool sn:Ds027Q011135 and I can't use the tool it's just so handy to grab it and do a job guys can someone please help!help!help?file: image.jpegTags: ds708_problems

Hi, for the DS708, can you enter Wifi module normally? If yes, please take a picture for us about Status menu when entering Wifi under Setup /Help and send it to support@autel.com for us to check. If you cannot enter Wifi at all then there should be problem with Wifi module, please contact your dealer to return for repair. Thanks!
