    Hello Support ,

    Can you please help me to get the authorization my AL 619 for german language.

    Fail description: The language is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization.

    I format the SD card and reload all update.

    And nothing.

    My SerialNumber : MSA015008858

     This S/N was authorized to German on March 21, please format SD card, re-intall all software, and change the language setting to German.
