MOT Pro eu908 Renault Trafic II, 3 ways to geht the VIN - Screen Freezing after pushing ok! Any help??

     Screen Freezes After all 3 Typs of entering the VIN on a Renault Trafic II 2004. what's the problem? Tested all updates, even the older one.

     Hi, not all cars VIN decoding function can be supported by Mot Pro. If the VIN cannot be recognized, then please restart the tool and try manual selection to see if can connect. Thanks!

    the mot pro does decode the vin and shows it to me! if i try to go further and push ok to get into diagnostic mode it freezes. if i type the vin in manually it freezes as well after pushing ok! and i dont iven get into the search by car mode without vin. if i push on it, it freezes! its a 2004 Renault Trafic. It works perfectly if i go to airbag - works on that mode!

    Hi, we've done test here and there is no problem with the current software. Can you please advise the software version that you are using and the VIN code that you input? Thanks!
