If you have a J2534 try to reflash with OE subscription, I belive it costs around $30 per day at BMW website. 

 Dear customer, we send a beta version to you, and the version is V9.61.07, please coding the dashboard again, and  during the flow, it will ask you to choose the language, please select SPRACHE - > english, don't choose SPRACHE - > detusch.

And this will make the dash board language recovery to English agian, thanks.
