Please check the update instructions on the manual t o enter update mode. Update pack can be downloaded here: http://www.autel.com/autelcms/Code%20Readers&Code%20Scanners/360.jhtml

Hi, you can connect the tool to computer and go to Setting menu to set it to Update mode. Or you can long press the left scroll button to enter Update mode when connecting it to computer. Please try and write to support@autel.com if there is still any problem. Thanks!
