hi im unable to use diagnostic function on my maxisys pro when i click it ,it just does nothing any ideas please ive tried reboot factory reset ect,i have found that vehicle history diagnostis work but not the main one

     I HAVE DELETED MANY XML.INIT FILES CAN YOU HELP PLEASE

     AFTER I DELETED THESE XML.INIT FILES MY DIAGNOSTIC SHORTCUT STOPPED WORKING NOW IM UNABLE TO USE THE DIAGNOSTICS CAN YOU OR ANYBODY SEND ME THE XML.INIT FILES AND THE LOCATION OF WHERE THEY NEED TO GO PLEASE :-(
