nissan patrol not supported

Hello, i have a 12/07 nissan patrol ute with the zd30ddti common rail engine(australian). It has an obdII conection.
I have just tried to get information with the DS708 and it keeps telling me that it is not supported. I can retrieve very basic information with this machine.
The active test function does not come up on the screen.
Do you have a machine/software that will allow me to test individual components of my car?

Do you have the VIN No. and Nissan software version on the DS708 ? You can try with Maxisys . -

yes, i have put in the vin number& it has nissan software on it. the actuators test(or the active test) function does not exist. I have had a look through the supported cars list & it should be there.
I can't read dtc codes either.
After i do an autoscan, -!- this comes up beside the engine. What does this mean? -

-!- means you can enter the system, but code reading is not supported. -

If the code reading is not supported than what is the point to enter the system................? -

Haha you are right, I have the same problem with the Maxisys Pro !!!!

Just purchase a Maxisys elite about 2 weeks ago , it will not communicate with a Nissan patrol , i had a fcar f3 on loan and it worked .Decided to buy your product as it had other benefits now i am not so sure, was told it would work .Why is the vehicle listed in the list Nissan - Patrol - Y61 if it will not work or am i missing something , Please help
