Got 3 peugeot 206 cars in within 2 weeks which were not accessable. Two of them have KFX engines with a Magneti Marelli ecu and the other was a NFU with a 7.2 ecu. The last one I could access airbag and with the MS609 also could read codes and an astonishing 1 line of parameter(s) of live data.

None of the cars could access ECU for Engine and 2 of the cars had NO communication with any module so ever. I did try with VIN, without VIN, with build code, without build code (0 as number), etc. and I do have the right ECU in the selections but always it says 'no communication'. Ofcourse key on engine off, and also car running.

Anyone who knows what to do? And support, yes, I will upload a log.

I took the time to do measurements and have power on pin 1 and 16 at least of the DLC, and grounds on 4 and 5. Data on 7 and 15 and also on pin 3 and 11 . On 11 I have zero key on engine off, running it is little short of B+

 I have such a thing hanging around and got into a lot of trouble to get it working. I really want to rely on my more prof. tools (with support) but am pushed towards these cheap china things at times.

Have ordered another labtop to see if I can get it to work without messing up other software.

Also have Abrites now, the official one and will start to add modules to it soon (you have to pay through the nose for them, but it is said it's worth it).
