In special function, Maxisys can't access vehicle control module identification, it shows an error. Also, transmission adaptation module clear, it shows an error?
    How to solve this?
    Car is 2006 jaguar s type 3.0v6

    My regards

Lot of Ford stuff in Jaguar now .If the ECM appears to have Ford part # maybe the work around on some things would be to manually ID it as a  Ford or Lincoln that uses a similar platform
