Comment réinstaller PC Suit sur le MOT PRO totalement?

     Bonjour, j'ai changer ma carte SD de 8 Gb pour une de 32 Gb. J'arrive à scanner, mais pas à imprimer. Quand je click sur Mot Pro printer, ça me dit qu'il n'il n'y a pas tools connecté.
    Merci de m'aider à remettre à neuf mon appareil

    Hi, please check if there is connection problem between the tool and PC. If connection is good then please uninstall the PC Suite software (including Printer software) and download the PC Suite from Autel website again to check the result. Thanks!
