     Once again more problems with the Tool. (Maxisys 908P)   Tried to read Vin # on 2012 GMC Sierra, 2009 Chevy Tahoe, 2008 Cadillac Escelade and 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport not working every attempt I made failed.  Reboot the whole system 2 or 3 times but still not working.  Trying to get support on the phone is like pulling teeth.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you. I checked you haven't installed teh latest version. May I suggest you updated it to the latest version to have a try?
    GM: V8.80
    Chrysler: V7.00

    If the newer version still can't work, please provide us your Vin No. and also collect a datalog for our checking?
