     Big Disappointment that the TS501 cannot even program new sensors to a 05 Nissan Pathfinder.  Keep finding more and more disappointing stuff about Autel and like usual no support!  Or at least way after the fact. Customer now thinks we are a sideshow shop.  Thanks Autel!

    As for your case, hope you can send your issue to support@autel.com and our support will help you to solve it soon. If it is our product failure, we will solve it immediately.

    Please be noted our TPMS tool only can program our own sensor- MX-sensor. When you send email, please provide us the following information:

    1.      Your TS501 version, is it US or EU version? And what’s the software version?

    2.      What’s your vehicle info? Like model, year and VIN?

    3.      What’s the operation steps? Is there any error message popped up?

    4.       What's the sensor OEM part No.
