updating new MD802 all systems for european market.

Purchased MD802 and have been unable to use it on 3 cars I have tried it on.
MG... not covered
Citroen C3 2007... will not connect to vehicles ecu.
Volvo V70 2010... will not accept transmission from list to imput into vehicle profile so can not scan.
also can not find any SRS/airbag information which from an on-line video I should get by going into 'BODY' but this option can not be found?
I contacted Autel support 2 days ago requesting urgent 1 day response but no reply.
Seller has asked I do software upgrade and has been unable to explain my problems with this tool -

Hi, MG cannot be supported by our tools. But for Citroen C3 2007 and Volvo V70 2010, MD802 can support these two car models. As I have checked, your tool hasn't been updated yet. Please go ahead to download the new software to check the result. By the way, which support did you contact? You may forward the mail to support@autel.com if you have anything urgent. Thanks!
