hey guys using a maxsys pro for this and need some help.

I'm having a tune issue with my car and my tuner asked for a log of a third gear pull, after recording the data I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get it to my tuner, I do not see an email option.

My next question was is there any way to speed up the refresh rate on the live data? The Rpms didn't seem to be keeping up with what was going on, I believe it was because I had too many channels open.

    Thanks in advance

Hi, for the tune issue, can you please advise in more details or upload a data log directly for us to check.
For the second question that refresh rate is slow, please try to connect the VCI with Maxisys via USB cable instead of bluetooth. Also you can select the live data stream that you need separately instead of loading all data. Thanks!
