Updates required for new MD802 ?

I have a new MD802 'all systems' that isn't connecting to 2007 Citroen C3 and also unable to scan Volvo as it will not accept the gearbox option selected into profile of car, there is also nothing found regarding SRS/Airbag system.
Seller says I need to update but scanner data states it was only made 3 months ago?
I have been unable to find updates for MD802 on Autel site.
I contacted support 3 days ago asking for a 1 day response but no reply so trying to get a response on here. -

Hi, for Citroen C3 2007 and Volvo V70 2010, MD802 can support these two car models. As I have checked, your tool hasn't been updated yet. Please go ahead to download the new software to check the result. For how to update this tool, I have sent update manual to your mail already. Please check.By the way, which support did you contact? Hi, please download PC Suite V6.34 from Autel website for MD802 and install the software on PC. Then insert the SD card of MD802 to the PC via card reader and login PC Suite to download update to the SD card. I replied you with the details in the mail also. Please check. Thanks! -

Is there a better link?
Updates tab has been ' loading...' for over 2 hours now, with no indication that anything IS actually downloading.

Hi, you need to download and install PC Suite on the PC for the update. Also kindly be noted that you need to use an external SD card reader to connect the SD card to computer for update instead of connecting the tool to the PC via USB cable. I have sent the detailed update manual to you via mail. Please check. Thanks! -

Your download link is giving a server error. (Connection Timed Out). If your server cannot handle the download requests or is down, please have an alternate google drive or dropbox link that will enable us to download the suite. Also if theres anyone out there among us on the forum who has the latest PC suite Can they be kind enough to share it via google drive or dropbox. Thanks -
