 If it truly looks identical, I think the correct answer really should be  Autel does not make the Centec model 62119 (any longer for Harbor Freight ) When some Autel products start getting close to the end of their production and support life cycle, virtual clones of the Autel models can live on as rebadged  Cen-Tech models, cheaper than the AL419 but may not  get access to newer updates and after 90 day warranty you are on your own unless you buy a extended protection plan from harbor Freight.
  My old Cen Tech 98614 (no longer sold by Harbor Freight) I am trying to get a replacement DLC cable for it.It has otherwise been great code scanner for over 5 years and believe it is basically a discontinued Autel MS509.
