We recently purchased a maxysis but dont seem to get a full recognition or readings on Nissan Urvans and Toyota Hiace. Any assitance will be greatly appreciated.

     The scanner does not recognize the vehicles and does not read their vins number automatically.  I wold be of great help if we can achieve this as we deal with over 72 or these vehicles.  The years range from 2011 through 2015.  any help will be greatly appreciated

    Hi, Nissan Urvans and Toyota Hiace from year 2011-2015 can be supported by Maxisys. If the car cannot be recognized by the tool, can you please upload a data log for us to check? Thanks!
