Do you have any fault codes....? And what was the reason for carrying out the adaptation........? Also did you take the vehicle for test drive and recycle the ignition to see if that helps to clear the light.....?

 I believe you wipe yaw rate 0 calibration , that will cause your abs light flashing if you didn't have this problem before, first scan see what codes do you have?   go to you tube search under g. scanner , look for Toyota prius yaw rate sensor calibration, that might help you out, step by step, let me know that will help you out
