     i am trying to read the body or chassis on a Ram 2013 and is not going trhoughs, says no communication with the truck, i tested in another Ram withthe same results, for other brans i have not problems, it is beceuse the version?

    i have an A619  V4.13

    AL619 is OBDII scanner. Please make sure this car is OBDII/EOBD protocol. And also please tell me the VIN No. of this car.
