My brand new Maxisys Elite screen switch off about 1minute after I register and run update

     Hi: My brand new Maxisys Elite just delivery on 06/01/2016. I register and update and now the screen switch off and will not stay connect to internet for update. Please help. Thank you

    Hi, not sure if there is hardware problem with the tool. If it is a brand new one then please contact your dealer to change another one. Thanks!
