The screen of Maxidas DS708 bacame red color when I turn on it.

    I bought this for 4 years, and I've just update it. after that the device run very slow (maybe 1 hour) and when I turn on, the screen became red, isn't virus? how can I solve this problem? before, it shown me the error message ""GetSysInfoFromRegTab() failed error" but I fixed it; however I still get the error message "Load image failed" so I have to force shutdown because DS708 cannot do anything. Anyone can tell me how to solve this problems?

    Hi, can you please advise the S/N of the device? Or please write to support@autel.com with the picture of error message on the screen for a quick reply? Thanks!
