      hi i need italian language for AL519.i have english but italian is better.
    it is a bin software.i have the program installed in my computer.only need software.please.

     I have proved to upgrade the firmware but not working,  how resolve this problem? In the setup menu appear to me incomprehensible numbers

    Hi, for the problem that screen shows strange codes because the language of the tool is different from the update language. You just need to select “ff 00 00 01 00 09” under Setup menu then select any one of the sub-menu. Language should be OK. Please try and let me know if there is still any problem. Thanks!
