Maxisys Pro can support to program blank keys, it is under RFH system. But the premise is this car needs to be ignition on so our tool can get communication with the engine and WCM system.

Chrysler engineers are working extremely hard to shutdown any independent repair facility from working on their vehicles! I hope that some day the consumer realize what they are doing. Then it will backfire on them.
