AL619 Won't connect to SRS on 2012 Ford Explorer

My AL619 works great on my 2012 Ford explorer except when going into the SRS system. It tells me to check my connection which I know is good because I can connect to the rest of the system without any issues.Anyone seen this before? It is uptodate on the latest firmware etc. -

Check the fuse for the srs module. I had a 2014 E250 that had a a lose fuse in the
smart junction box causing the same issue. Even a factory IDS wouldn't
work
