     I have been trying to get a hold of some one bout this terrible scan tool.
    S/n V08G40302513
    In April 2016 you guys updated the firmware.. But the firmware failed.. I can NOT read dodge,chrysler,jeep and Mazda.. and possibly more..I have contacted you several times about this issue.. YOUR software failed from the download.. How-convenient my subscription expired just after the update.. I feel since your software failed from the start it should be fixed.  I have tried to contact Autel on this Matter several times..
