first thing  i would do  is put my fuel pressure gauge on  and  check the pressure driving down that hill

 I would take a look at the bottom of the fuel tank to see if it might have damage

 With vehicle running jack up the vehicle (unloaded) under the differential and put jack stands under the rear diff  to give it a nose down angle as if going down a hill and see if it will stall. After it stalls , if it still does not want to start and stay running , disconnect the fuel supply line and check fuel pump operation and fuel flow volume while cranking . If little or no  fuel volume, add several gallons of  fuel and retest.
