     hey there am having problems on how to actually download the updates to my device, is actually telling my to connect the sd card in the usb slot but can't hardly figure it out how to do it because the device is connected to the computer through the usb connection

     hi.........pretty sure you put sd card in your computer and then update through autels pc suite.
    I think the cable for your tool is so you can print from your tool through your computer.

    Hi, the USB cable is for printing ,not for updating.
    In order to do update, you would need to connect your SD card with your computer either by a card reader or by inserting it into the card slot in your computer.
