MaxiTPMS PAD Not Picking up Sensor IDs on Subaru Outback 2015.

     I have a  MaxiTPMS PAD. It isn't picking up the sensor IDs on my Subaru Outback 2015. I've already upgraded to the latest versions: Software Version v2.38,  Tool Version v2.9.9, and Sensor Version v4.07. It continues to show "Test Failed". I'm positive that the TPMS sensors on the car are working properly. 

    Any information is appreciated.
