    Scanned this car and got a 65535 fault on the airbag module (6Q0 909 605A), that i cannot erase with my MS908P tool.

    VCDS doesn´t work either...

    Do i really have to buy a cheap airbag reset tool for this???

     I got hold of a fresh flash file, but it is in .bin format.

    Can i use my j2534 to flash the airbag unit with that file? How?

     Don't know or a cheap tool will do the trick, this code generally cannot be erased. It is an indication that the module is defective internally (software). Maybe you can flash the software as you mentioned, but not sure this can be done with the J2534
