maxidas ds708 crashing instead of deleting errors

     I have a maxidas ds708 and it crashes when I try to delete errors on a Mercedes R-Class 2010 and C-Class 2012. What could be the problem?

    The scan and detection of errors works fine. But as soon as we try to delete an errors, the device crashes and goes back to the main menu.

      Maybe there might be a power supply interruption on the vehicle 16 pin DLC power supply that the DS 708 relies on. Try to plug in the AC power adapter with an extension  cord and try again and see see if that prevents it.

     I'm having the same issues and did tried to plug in AC power but story is the same, device is crashing.

     So after an all module scan on these specific Mercedes Benz models , when you try to do a quick erase on all the modules, the DS 708 crashes? What if you turn off the excess accessories, like  radio, climate control , and navigation and go into each module separately one at a time and erase the codes?
