Hi,

I have a Max Scan with a VAG405. I've not used it in a couple of years but it will not connect up to a VW Caddy to try and read a engine fault. I imagine it needs updating but I've no idea how to do it. I've tried to connect it up to my computer but it doesn't recognise it and the scanner doesn't light up when connected to my laptop.

How can I rectify this so it actually works now?
