Not sure what is going on but whenever you make any type of complaint you get kicked off the server and treated like crap. Evertime I try to see if I got a response to a question the server kicks me off. When I have something good to say everything works fine. Sorry autel but I'm trying to help and get problems solved. Is assume this has something to do with Amazon. Just help me out and stop using your remote server to fuck with me. If a problem exists email or call me. -

I can't even find out from Autel or 2 of it's authorized Autel distributors if a discounted $419 update for DS708 I see still listed for sale by autelscanner.com would still be honored by Autel since Autel removed their own link to buy DS708 update from their web site 1/ 12/17.
It takes forever to get any f@cking answers from support and they no longer offer help on the user forum for even the easy questions. Just let us know about the coming Chinese Festival and the DS 708 update software will cease after December 31st 2017 , when they said in February 2015 software for it would be supported till 2020
