Did you try disconnecting fuses to see where the drain was coming from. Some drains can also be from modules as well. There are many youtube videos showing how to find drains.

i did replace the battery with a Optima red top was ok for a week it was ok then car sat for 3 days and battery went low again. there was one thing i found on the key fob being near the car can turn modules on. asked cust to move key fob at least 40 -50  feet away to see if thats the problem i havent seen it back yet.

hook your meter up close all windows doors ect

LOCK the doors with remote and check for about no more than 2 hours

It needs to go to zero

    if not your pullin fuses

0 amp draw on modern vehicles ?  I have seen up to  500 milliamps and its  normal. you will even find some high end vehicles today with solar battery charger/maintainer  from factory to keep up with this kind of drain. you put 50 to 100 modules/nodes on a vehicle and it will pull a lot. I have heard new bmw and others  pulling an  800 milliamp like the case above and it was known to be normal for those  particular vehicles and caused no issue at all because of the factory solar charger/maintainer of-course. I will say 150 to 300 milliamp could be a normal drain for todays vehicles in many cases. you leave any new  vehicle parked for a month or 2 and they wont crank.

Yes i agree 0 amps is a car with out modules or alarm or memory radio. All newer cars have some type of low MA draw but rule of thumb is lower than a quarter amp or lower is ideal. But all cars time out on modules at different rates Ive seen VWs take over 2 hours for modules to go sleep.
