My Maxysis 908p will not start up

When I start my 908p It boots up fine, when I run the diag program, it boots to the main screen then crashes within 2-3 seconds. The scanner is no good at all. It worlked flawlessly and then stopped in the middle of a test and crashed and has not worked since that day! -

What happens if you keep the AC power adapter plugged in or attach battery clips to stabilize power and try it? -

Nothing changes It will still not start up. It stopped in the middle of BMW test and hasn't worked since -

Hope it is still within the one year warranty and that you document all your calls and emails to your authorized Autel distributor you bought it from trying to get direction from support.
