AL619 will not perform SRS test

     When I attempt to perform a test for the SRS on Honda accord coupe 2014 EXL, the AL619 gives me a message "Make sure the ignition is switched on" The ignition is switched on and the cable are connected properly. The AL619 shows car's details and performs other tests normally. It's only the SRS test that I am having problem with. See attached photo. The software version is V4.64. I performed and update to the latest version for Honda SRS V6.1 before getting this message. Before the update, AL619 was not finding the SRS codes even though I have the SRS light on. Can anyone provide some help please? Thanks

     I have the same problem on a 2011 Honda CRV.  I took my Honda to my mechanic and he read the SRS codes without a problem.  I tried reading the SRS codes on my 2007 Toyota Highlander and it worked ok.  I think it's a problem with the Honda program in the AL619.

    I had the same problem with my 2013 Honda CRV. I returned the AL619 and purchased the MD802. This unit worked great and read the SRS codes just fine.
