I just purchased a new AL319.  Here is the info provided on the device:

The vehicle is a 2002 Nissan Pathfinder, MIL is illuminated.  The Autel unit tells me there are several stored codes and will not pass emissions testing but will not display the actual stored codes (I have allowed it to sit on the screen saying Reading Codes Please Wait for up to an hour with no actual display of codes, both key on engine running and key on engine off).  The unit does display engine running data and a single freeze frame.

Autel support has advised me to update the software but the latest version posted on the site appears to be older than the version currently on the unit.

Has anyone got any suggestions before I return this unit to the store and purchase something that works?
