where did you buy it from? if you bought it from aeswave.com call them at 1 559-292-0258 have your tool serial number ready and the loging information from this site. 5 minutes you will be up and running. if you bought it from somewhere else then find their number and give them a call.       ( just for the records never buy an update without registering on the site first and make sure you use the email address you registered your tool under). good luck.
