I had issues with this new tool, it did not allow me to register. di not allow me type name. e mail address keyboard was not functioning and screen was keep flickering also keep changing from one page to another. After reading the suggestions in here I have factory reset the system, now all cars are gone....and I try to register the tool on line it is keep saying in correct password, Indeed password is correct what is says in the tool ABOUT PAGE serial number and password.......any suggestions how to recover the lost cars or how to download system data? Thanks
