99 Ford Expedition Swapped instrument cluster with used - need to update mileage

      Is there a way to update the odometer mileage to the current mileage after swapping instrument cluster on a 99 Ford Expedition?

    Gauges stopped working so replacing it solved the issue but created another.

     Not even the factory scan tool will change this. You'll need to send it out to a specialist who will pull the dump file from the cluster and alter it.
